Política de Procesamiento de Pedidos y Envíos



Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped on the next business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be shipped on the following business day.


Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location and the selected shipping method:

  • Domestic deliveries: 2 to 7 business days (delays may occur; see point 8 for more details).


Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping: Standard delivery with tracking via La Poste.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the customer’s location and chosen delivery method.
🚚 Free shipping is included with all purchases.


Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking code will be sent to the registered email address. Customers can track the status of their order on the La Poste website or with the selected carrier.


Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable, the carrier will make up to three delivery attempts. In case of failure, the package will be returned to our distribution center. We will then contact the customer to arrange reshipment or a refund (minus shipping costs).


Incorrect Address

Please ensure the provided address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.


Delays

Although we strive to meet delivery deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. The maximum delivery time is 30 days after payment of the order. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact the customer with an updated delivery estimate.


Undelivered Orders

If the order is not received within the estimated timeframe, the customer must contact our customer service within 30 days of the shipping date. After this period, we decline any responsibility for non-delivery.
